Susan Paul

Susan Paul, Senior Director, Global Accounts, started with HelmsBriscoe in 1995. She began when there were less than 40 Associates and remains loyal to HelmsBriscoe. She helped in the early development of the HelmsBriscoe brand, to its present day of more than 1,200 Associates worldwide and more than one billion dollars per year in room revenue. The strength of HelmsBriscoe brings great buying power success to our clients.

Susan is responsible for hotel site selection, contract negotiation, arranging site inspections, client relations, meeting management, and mentoring numerous HelmsBriscoe Associates. She has been honored as a top producer in HelmsBriscoe’s President’s Club, as well as six years in Master’s Club. Susan’s 40-year background stems from worldwide travel and extensive sales knowledge. Her experience in the hospitality industry includes a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the University of Massachusetts’s Isenberg School of Business. She has worked for Starwood Corporation, Walt Disney World, The Ritz-Carlton Corporation, and in the TCC National Sales Office in seven cities from New York City to Miami, Florida. Susan brings a myriad of travel and business experience to her clients, and she would be grateful to assist you with your future meetings.
