Originally from Lisbon, Portugal, Paula holds a degree in Marketing & Corporate Communication. Passionate about travel, Paula is naturally curious and an avid reader, always eager to learn about new trends and business opportunities.

With over 20 years of experience in multinational corporations, Paula has held leadership roles in sales and marketing across the energy and IT sectors, with a strong focus in the Portuguese and other European markets. Her extensive work in corporate environments, coupled with organizing customer events and incentive programs both locally and abroad, has given her a well-rounded and unique perspective. More recently, Paula worked for a local social impact NGO, which deepened her commitment to building a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse society. She is also passionate about the sustainability journey efforts in the corporate world and is eager to explore and contribute to these global goals within the MICE industry.
