Paddy joined HelmsBriscoe in 1996 and works out of the Inland Empire area in Southern California. She has more than 32 years of group travel experience working in meeting site selection, incentive sales, hotel sales with InterContinental Hotels Group, and convention and visitor bureau sales for Southern California. Paddy has brokered more than 3,000 meetings working with every major convention hotel in all convention markets in the U.S. and abroad. She has achieved 22 production awards with HelmsBriscoe, including three Master’s Club awards, as well as Top Producer awards for HelmsBriscoe ResourceOne, HB’s full-service meeting management division.

Paddy has been a speaker for California Society of Association Executives, and has received several recognition awards from this organization. Some of her customers include Consumer Attorneys of California, Hospital Association of Southern California, and California Association of Health Plans. Her tenacious research and negotiation skills have rewarded her with a rich clientele and a terrific career. Paddy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She believes in always doing the right thing, working with integrity, and placing the customer needs first.
