Monica joined HelmsBriscoe in 2015 as Manager, Global Accounts, where her constant aim since day one has been to convey trust, serenity and unparalleled value to her Clients. Her energetic disposition, dedication and integrity permeate all aspects of her work. Monica has an in-depth knowledge of the M.I.C.E and business tourism industry, and her problem-solving skills are linked with good doses of creativity and a sunny approach. She engages her Clients proactively, working closely with them from the very first search all the way to the full-fledged program. She is always committed at delivering the best and highest-valued assistance.

Monica spent 10 years at the Rimini Convention Bureau and Conference Centre as International Business Development Executive. Being in charge of the research and bidding activity to attract international conferences and events to the region, she regularly attended significant meeting industry events and trade shows where she built strong ties with potential Clients and colleagues/competitors globally. Her deep understanding of the different market segments and their needs, along with her ability to be in tune with the Client's priorities, enabled Monica to develop effective ad-hoc approaches which strengthened her relations and professional network. Joining the HelmsBriscoe family has allowed her to fully express her competences in helping deliver successful events. Previous experiences include roles in communication departments of leading international fashion companies based in Italy, as well as in top PR Firms. Monica loves to paint, travel and take long walks in the Alps with snowshoes. She speaks Italian and English fluently, and has a proficient knowledge of French and Spanish.
