Julie Daniels

Julie Daniels, Senior Director, Global Accounts joined HelmsBriscoe in 2003. Based out of Charleston, South Carolina, Julie’s hospitality career began in the 1990s working the front desk at a hotel. Over time, she worked her way up to a National Senior Sales Manager position for a luxury resort. Julie is familiar with all facets of hotel operations that are required to make a successful event happen. She also has experience with many areas of event planning, including catering, budgeting, A/V, and special event management at convention centers and beachfront resorts.

Being part of HelmsBriscoe, the global leader in site selection, is a significant responsibility. With its extensive tools and resources for researching hotels, resorts, and special event venues worldwide, HelmsBriscoe equips Julie to deliver exceptional service to every client, every time. Julie's diverse clientele includes corporate, insurance, higher education, non-profit, and medical associations. Outside of work, she is an active volunteer, having served as President of the Junior League of Charleston. She is also a board member for the Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center and is a founding member of Women in Events for Good. Julie is a recipient of the Charleston Regional Business Journal’s “40 under 40” award and earned the Certified Association Sales Executive (CASE) designation in 2014.
