Eleanor Suker joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2024. Based out of Manchester, England, Eleanor manages her own client base, helping companies plan their events. She acts as a consultant and advocate in finding the best hotels at the best rates for their requirements. Eleanor deals with all venue sourcing for accommodations and events, including negotiations, contracting, and event planning guidance. Using her extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, Eleanor provides excellent support and customer service, allowing her to develop long-term relationships based on trust.

With more than 15 years of industry experience, Eleanor has worked at several world-renowned hospitality destinations, holding positions such as Director of Meetings and Events, Regional M&E Office Manager, and Head of Events. During this time, she specialized in hotel event and accommodation sales, the planning of complex and large-scale events, and the operational delivery of millions in event revenue. Eleanor also has 10 years of experience managing high-performing teams, ensuring the highest brand standards and levels of customer satisfaction.
