Erica Crouch

Erica Crouch joined HelmsBriscoe in February of 2025 as Manager, Global Accounts. Joining HelmsBriscoe was a natural fit, as it gave her the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment while staying true to her passion for providing high-quality service to others. In her role, she assists clients with meetings of all sizes, both domestically and internationally. Her passion for people drives her level of service to top-tier quality, making sure her clients feel like they are number one time and time again.

Erica has more than 12 years of experience working in various roles within the hospitality industry. She has held positions with JELD-WEN Communities and Temecula Creek Inn in service, administration, project management, and accounting and finance. She is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of working with strategic groups on complex and multi-faceted projects, both in the private and public domain. Erica knows how to bring groups together to drive results and achieve their goals. She is a graduate of Calvary Chapel Bible College and currently lives in Florence, Arizona. She is an active member of the National Notary Association, the General Federation of Women's Clubs in Florence, Pinal County Junior's Club, as well as her local Chamber of Commerce.
