Bari Gilbert joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2024. Based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she books anything from large-scale association events to small corporate functions. She works to match the specific needs of her clients while ensuring a pain-fee booking process with hotels.

With more than six years of industry experience, Bari founded a travel agency used for booking business travel, personal travel, and other room block needs for clients of all sizes. In her previous position as Marketing and Operations Director, she planned and coordinated many corporate events, including a 1,500-person flagship event with a room block of over 300 rooms. Her experience as the owner of a wedding coordination company, paired with her years of experience in finance, have granted her sharp contract negotiation skills. She attended Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland, and graduated with a degree in Business Management and Chemistry. Bari’s extensive event-planning background, matched with her organized, analytical, and amiable nature, will leave you feeling confident that all of your needs were met.
