Cindy Bohler joined HelmsBriscoe in August 2009, bringing with her more than 20 years of hospitality management experience. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive knowledge in managing all aspects of events, from design to implementation. Her experience encompasses site selection, contract negotiations, sales, food and beverage, event management, and analyzing results. She has planned meetings and events for 10 to 125,000 guests. She understands the meeting planners' expectations, event goals and responsibilities. Cindy enjoys building personal relationships with her clients and looks forward to exceeding their expectations. Cindy firmly believes that each event teaches us something new and builds upon future successes.
Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe in 2009, Cindy was Director of Catering Sales at the San Diego Convention Center, Assistant Director/Senior Conference Service Manager at Loews Coronado Bay Resort, and VP/Senior Convention Service Manager at the world-renowned Hotel Del Coronado. Cindy is a recipient of the YWCA, TWIN (Tribute to Women & Industry) Award, NACE “Active Member of the Year” Award, and has been involved in ASAE, HSMAI, NACE, PCMA and MPI for many years. She volunteers at San Diego Junior Achievement and is involved in her Catholic Church Community. Cindy resides in San Diego, California with her husband Ted, son Teddy and daughter Blair.
